Twin Ports Area Nonprofit Coalition

TPANC offers information, education and support to nonprofits in the Northeast Minnesota-Superior, Wisconsin area.  TPANC offers nonprofits opportunities to work together to respond quickly to local policy issues.  Read our history to find out how this has already succeeded.

Activities
TPANC offers several educational workshops and trainings on key management topics for local nonprofit leaders.  Subjects include fundraising, public policy, and marketing for nonprofits.  The Coalition also provides information and referrals for support services to nonprofits.  Through the Coalition, Duluth area nonprofits can actively engage policymakers at both a local and statewide level by a variety of means including "brown bag" luncheons and visits to the state capitol for Nonprofit Action Day.

Membership
Over 130 nonprofit organizations located in the Cook, Lake, St. Louis, and Carlton Counties in Minnesota, and Douglas County, Wisconsin are members of the Twin Ports Area Nonprofit Coalition. They range from large human service agencies to small arts organizations.  By joining TPANC, you also become a member of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, giving you access to an even wider array of services throughout the state.  To join call Mary Streufert at 218/726-4887 or visit www.mncn.org/membership.htm.

Members in Superior and Douglas County enjoy special discounted rate.  For more information call Mary at 218/726-4887 or send email to mstreufert@mncn.org.
