PRIMARY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supplies Maintain tools and other building maintenance equipment Maintain stock of light bulbs, Maintain stock of custodial supplies
Exterior Maintain building and handicapped signs Keep walkways and entries clear and maintain good handicapped access Maintain lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees Cut the grass Keep grounds attractive and clear of debris Maintain proper settings on exterior light timers When necessary, snow blow and shovel walkways, entrances, and rear parking lot
Interior Follow established schedule for cleaning by floor Follows universal precautions and removes contaminated articles/trash in the appropriate manner Cleans and disinfects bathroom fixtures, fills paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers. Empties and relines wastebaskets Vacuums, cleans stains, and extracts carpeted areas Sweep and mop floors Wipes down counters and cleans window glass and frames Cleans and maintains employee lounge, including refrigerator, micro-wave, counters, tables, and chairs Clean as necessary and needed during the day
Record keeping Inventory tools, equipment, and spare parts
Inter-Office Coordination Schedule and organize building cleaning around meetings Coordinate cleaning decisions with the Building Manager Assist clinic staff with maintenance Attend all CRPC staff meetings
EXPERIENCE
AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent One year of custodial experience in a commercial building Ability to work independently and under pressure. Available on an on call basis to deal with building emergencies. Good customer service skills Access reliable transportation at all times.

INFORMATION:
POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for general cleaning activities to ensure clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive conditions both inside and outside the building.
