PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Purpose: To support completion of commercial and residential landscape projects.

Essential Functions:
1. Assist Landscape Foreman in the completion of commercial and residential landscape projects.
2. Effectively communicate with staff, customers, and clients.
3. Complete projects in a timely and professional manner.
4. Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.
5. Ability to lift heavy objects of at least 50 – 75 lbs.
6. Assist in maintaining worksite safety and cleanliness.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will possess:

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Experience in commercial or residential landscaping.
• Experience operating equipment and CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate power equipment.
• Ability to organize and manage resources to complete projects on time.
• Ability to make good judgment calls on-site.
• Ability to lead and teach others.
• Ability to follow safety and clean-up protocol.
