PRIMARY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A family homeless shelter is seeking an energetic, creative, and independent individual to work with children and families as the Sunday Family Advocate. Responsibilities will include screening potential clients, assisting current clients in the shelter program, and overseeing building operations on Sundays. The Sunday staff is the primary staff on-site on Sundays.
EXPERIENCE
AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should have or be working toward a degree in the social service field with a minimum of 1 year experience working with low income families and diverse populations.

INFORMATION:
This is a part-time position with hours of 7:00am until 4:30pm on Sundays. Compensation is $10 an hour and paid sick leave. Applicants MUST send a professional resume AND cover letter to be considered for the position.
