PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full-time Adult Mental Health Case Manager position for Human Services, Inc. Provides mental health case management services to SPMI adults in Washington County as part of an ongoing treatment team.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
BA and minimum 2 years experience working with SPMI adults required.
