ORGANIZATION SUMMARY:
Face to Face Health & Counseling Service, Inc. is a private non-profit agency providing confidential services to adolescents and young adults through its Medical Clinic, Prenatal Clinic, Mental Health Counseling, Outreach to High Risk Youth, and Drop-In Center for homeless and runaway youth (SafeZone).

TYPE: Part Time / 25 hours    DEADLINE: Open Until Filled

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical mental health services to clients and maintaining required documentation.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
 LICSW or LMFT required
 2 years experience post licensure preferred
 Experience in counseling adolescent populations of diverse backgrounds and clinical issues
 Ability to be culturally sensitive with knowledge of personal boundaries and professional ethics
 Must be able to work under stress and intervene appropriately in crisis situations
 Spanish speaking preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This is a part-time position, about 25 hours/week. Face to Face provides generous paid time off, holiday pay, life insurance, and a flexible work schedule.
