PRIMARY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide education and support to families regarding domestic and family violence. Provide services to families through groups, work shops, and home visiting. Present culturally specific case mangement services to Latina women residing in south Minneapolis. Provide early childhood education and support to families participating in agency housing program. Safety planning is a crucial program component for all families.
EXPERIENCE
AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
APPLICANT MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH and ENGLISH (FLUENT). Strong preference for applicant to be bicultural and bilingual in Spanish. Preference is for a bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of or two year associate degree with 4 years relevant experience. A combination of 6 years of education and experience will be considered. Driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Must be able to drive agency van.
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:
Full time position, 40 hours per week, schedule is Monday-Friday with one to two evenings per week, with flexible work schedule. Salary range is $22,800-$32,500 commensurate with experience. Benefit package available.
