Nonprofits
must continually bring people into their organizations to
be successful. And, for many Minnesotans, nonprofits are the
most accessible and productive channel to participate in the
life of their community. Through engaging volunteers, board
and staff members, voters, advocates, and donors, nonprofits
mobilize the people power of Minnesota.
Creating and sustaining high levels of effective participation
in our organizations and communities is hard work. This conference
will address the opportunities and challenges nonprofits face
in engaging people and explore how our organizations can enhance
and improve participation. |
