About the Selection Process
The four Nonprofit Mission Award recipients will be selected by a vote of MCN members. A committee of MCN member representatives will review all nominations and narrow them down to a field of three finalists in each category. MCN member organization will be asked to vote online in each of the four categories for the finalists that they feel best exhibits the criteria for the award. Each member organization can place one vote per award. 

The two Nonprofit Excellence Award recipients will be selected by a Blue Ribbon panel representing some of the premier leaders in Minnesota's nonprofit community. 

The six selected organizations will be honored among their peers during an evening reception on October 4, as part of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits Annual Conference.
